Per-Imaging Pricing

• $50 Per Image
• 20 Minute Session - 1 Location
• Minimum of 3 images must be purchased
• CANNOT switch packages after determining how many images desired

Optional Additions to any Portrait Package

• Additional Retouched Images: $30 per image
• Additional Hour(s) of Coverage: $85 per hour
• 48 hour turnaround on edits: $150

Stipulations

• Reservation of date/time require 50% DEPOSIT
• Deposit is non-refundable however can be used as credit for future photography sessions
• Make all payments via Zelle (soadigitalimaging@gmail.com) or Venmo (@Sylvester-Agbahiwe)
• If payment is needed to be made via credit card, a Square or Stripe invoice can be sent
• There will be a $50 late fee assessed for each 30 minutes from scheduled shoot time (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Failure to pay late fee will cause cancelation of photoshoot and deposit forfeited
• Studio Sessions
• It is the client's responsibility to reserve, book/pay for any and all studio time desired for a specific photography session
• Confirmation of studio booking must be emailed 48 hours prior to scheduled photography session
• Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the photo shoot and forfeiture of deposit paid
• Images are co-owned (exclusive rights can be negotiated on a case by case basis)
• Packages INCLUDE ONLY RETOUCHED IMAGES
• Un-edited (raw) images ARE NOT INCLUDED and must be purchased separately ($250.00 NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Images purchased DO NOT include LICENSING RIGHTS (using images for commercial purposes).
• This is a separate fee and will be negotiated on a case by case basis
• Balance due must be settled 24 hours before the shoot (PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF THE SHOOT)
• All images will be delivered within a specific designated time frame (discussed with the client) via designated online cloud storage system
